The Jardín de Palabras retreat is open to those working on prose translations of any literary genre (short stories, novels, personal essay, memoir).

To apply to join the waiting list, please send a brief cover letter using the form below. Your cover letter should outline what your literary translation experience is to date and what you hope to gain from attending the retreat. Please also upload a sample translation (no longer than 400 words) of a prose work from Spanish into English

If someone drops out of the programme, a replacement will be selected from the waiting list and we will be in touch.
